“ Wait, why does Cipriani Soho have bad ratings? I nearly didn't go here looking at the reviews. I would have missed one of the better meals of my life! But maybe it was the super low expectations that did it for me but either way, a merry time was had. It is incredibly sceney, you will see a bevy of 20 year olds with Chanel purses walk in and out the entire time. They all know the host and this was on a Thursday night. Their taglioni and ravioli are delicious, as is their Branzino and Chilean sea bass. The tuna tartare appetizer was simple and yet made its mark on us. The cucumber salad is as good as any cucumber salad in a deli buffet line, so I would give it a miss if I were you. Their martini's are delicious and come in little shot glasses which is adorable. Cipriani downtown gets a 5 star from me! ”

“ There's a handful of chain restaurants that I will visit, no matter what city am in, When in NYC Cipriani Downtown falls on that list. I love going there for lunch, you don't need reservations and it's not super crowded like dinner time. The hostess, waiters and servers are always so friendly and has a vast knowledge of what is on their menu. Cipriani restaurant and in different states has their own unique decor that describes the city you're in. If you're in Miami, you get glass windows with a view of the bay and palm trees, when you're in NYC you get picture walls, wooden panels and little tchotchkes that screams NY and I love it because it's home. My go to food is the classic chicken salad, which has chunks of chicken in mayo, egg and tomato (it's so good). Grilled octopus, Rucola and cherry tomato salad, Risotto alla primavera, there are some dishes that is meant for 2 so jus st ask questions before ordering and not wasting food. One thing am gonna get when am there is a dessert, their freshly whipped vanilla ice cream, it comes with chocolate, nuts and cookies on the side, their popular meringue cake and the Vanilla Mille-Feuille. My experience has always been a 10/10. ”

“ The location and environment looks luxury and fancy. Always busy and food was alright. I had a different flavored shape and style pasta and it tasted how it supposed to be but I wasn't in love. I did eat all and enjoyed what it gave. The texture of the crisp was nice n plain, not too crunchy, thin and light. The olive oil is basic n was ok when I add salt n pepper to it when dipping the bread. Some places olive oil with bread is season well inside the olive oil bottled. Expensive place obviously and wouldn't come here for it is not the way I like certain dishes and don't think prices justify for what I eat. ”

I usually don't even eat ham all that much but this was actually so good. And the wagyu was so soft and delicious. The cake was also heavenly and the espresso martini was one of the best I ever had. The service was also very good. I definitely want to come back. ”
